UK release of Helen Oxenbury: A Life in Illustration

This is the definitive book about Helen Oxenbury, one of contemporary England’s essential picture book artists. Scores of examples of Oxenbury’s preliminary and finished art accompany a detailed narrative of her life and pathfinding career based on interviews with the artist, her family, and publishing colleagues in the UK and the US.

The Chinese edition of this book will also be published in November, with a launch event at the Shanghai Book Fair, where Leonard will be on hand. Candlewick Press will publish the US edition on April 9, 2019.
